I've been coming here for close to 10 years with 2 different Hondas
(both older with higher mileage), and here's why:
FRIENDLY. Always. Just scheduled my next maintenance with Brian (oil change,
new spark plugs, air filter and some detective work on noises coming from
I've never once felt like I've annoyed these guys - and I can
be slightly annoying :) I tend to have questions when it comes to bigger
expenditures and time configurations.
I don't know how to rate a quality oil change or brake inspection,
but I know when I'm greeted warmly with undivided attention.
- Accommodating! Despite their busy schedule. I like to schedule appointments,
but sometimes my car needs on-the-fly service (check engine light or dead
battery - or an overdue, procrastinated oil change with a road trip the
next day - thanks, David. Seriously.) and they are there, available and
willing. Did I mention friendly?
A+ communication and affordable. I typically drop my car off in the morning,
before they open, to have my work done. They make it a point to call before
the work is started to confirm we're both on the same page. They break
down the costs, offer a rough time estimate of completion, and when monies
are tight, used parts are sometimes an option. At the end of the day there's
a shuttle to pick me up from work. And If my car isn't ready by day's
end, they set me up with a loaner vehicle. Boom. Done. Easy. They also
have coupons in Valpak and in mailers to help minimize costs. In all these
years I haven't felt like their aim was to be "Expensive, but
Quality and my satisfaction feels to me like their front running goal.
Trying to better themselves as a rule. Customer service isn't dead.
Last time I was in, in addition to the conversation over the phone, they
sent me a text with a link to a page clearly showing all the diagnostics
from that visit, and rated each one:
Red - high priority
Yellow - medium priority
Green - low priority
This was super helpful in helping me budget these upcoming costs.
With bottomless coffee, up to date magazines and a bathroom cleaner than
most of our own, I highly recommend these guys.

If I could give these guys 100 stars I would. I was in a bad place with
a check engine light and misfiring cylinder on my Jeep GC but Brian, Eric,
and David all were helpful, timely, and most importantly EASY to deal
with and HONEST. They were so great to work with and fair on price that
I also had them do all of my sparks (not required for repair). I will
be recommending everyone I know to these guys and look forward to using
them for any and all automotive services I need. THANKS GUYS!!

I've taken 3 or 4 cars here, and they're always my first choice
for big repairs. Most notably, our Jeep Liberty had a rattle that the
dealer couldn't diagnose and I called up FCMA shortly afterward (which
was pretty early in the morning). They got it in immediately and one of
the techs used a stethoscope to determine it was the front drive shaft.
They also just rethreaded the cylinder head on another vehicle which saved
me $600 or so on a replacement.
